Audio Messaging

 

Record a message via a Cisco IP handset, assign the recipient/s and click send. Audio messages can be stored for future use so that once recorded the message is available as often as required.

 

Audio messages are delivered to recipient/s phones and played over the speaker, phones are monitored to ensure that an audio message is not played if the phone is in use.

 

Triggers/Alerts for Enhanced Business Management

The power of trigger based alerting within Broadcast Message Manager offers true management by exception allowing users to react immediately to changes within the organisation. Data triggers are created against specific data fields, once matched a predefined message is pushed to the required recipient/s devices, such as:

  • Messaging IE desktop client
