Text Messaging

Simple text and go messaging ensures team updates, corporate news and general communication are readily available, whether acting as a complement to existing communication infrastructure or simply as a back-up should existing communications fail.

As well as sending messages to a user's IP phone the same message can simultaneously be forwarded to their e-mail account and mobile phone via SMS ensuring that important messages are delivered no matter where the recipient is.

Messages can be sent as ‘acknowledgement required' where a button is pressed on their IP phones to acknowledge receipt or timed to display for a number of minutes. An audible alert can be assigned so that the receiver is alerted on receipt of a new message.
